The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience practicing before the California Public Utilities Commission. is accepting applications for an Associate Attorney to practice Energy and Utility Law in California. The position is open in our South San Francisco office, Sacramento office and remotely. Responsibilities: The Energy and Utility Associate will perform a range of work to evaluate and develop energy policy and rate cases. This includes legal research, factual investigation, administrative record development, brief writing, appearances at administrative proceedings, policy evaluation and development, oral advocacy before regulatory bodies, collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders and legislative work.

The salary range for this associate attorney position is between $120,000 and $175,000 annually, depending on experience.
