Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics (Master's preferred), 10+ years of relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience, CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) (or the equivalent of one of these designations), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with tax research databases and tax compliance process software, superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to delegate work, strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills, ability to work well in a team environment, executive presence and ability to act as primary client contact, ability to develop and manage a team of tax professionals, ability to compose written tax advice, ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
