Compensation:

- Anticipated base salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 (may also include discretionary performance-based bonus)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- JD with strong academic background required
- 3-5 years of law firm experience handling employment matters
- Experience counseling clients on employment matters
- Strong contract review, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide practical, solutions-based legal advice
- Proven record of relationship management
- Ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Growth mindset and desire to further develop expertise in employment law
