With 3-5 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work with global asset managers and sponsors in the structuring and formation of complex credit private funds and structured credit funds. Salary for this position is $260,000+ commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- Prior experience with private credit or CLOs is a plus
- Strong understanding of private fund formation, including drafting and negotiating fund documentation such as private placement memoranda, fund agreements, and advisory agreements
- Experience with managing fund raises from launch to close, including client communication, investor negotiation, and closing mechanics
- Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws, including Regulation D offering requirements and exemptions to the Investment Company Act is helpful
- Prior experience at a large law firm is required
