Job Title: Trust and Estates Attorney
Salary: $170,000 - $220,000
Experience: Minimum 10 years in estate planning, trust and probate administration

Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings and understand their needs
- Prepare basic estate planning documents and advanced wealth transfer strategies
- Experience with irrevocable trusts, business succession plans, and charitable vehicles
- Knowledge of gift and estate tax returns preferred
- Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Highly proficient in computer skills and practice management
- Strong business development skills

Location: Pasadena and Westlake Village (two office locations)
