Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for affordable housing policy? Look no further than Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, a top law firm seeking a transactional attorney with six to eight years of experience in affordable housing development and financing transactions.

Salary Information:
- Associates: $140,000 – $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses
- Income Partners: $216,000 – $315,000 plus discretionary bonuses

Job Title: Affordable Housing Transactional Attorney
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: San Francisco or Oakland
Department: Transactional

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and drafting loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, easements, and related documents for multifamily developments
- Experience with first time homebuyer programs, construction documents, and commercial leases is a plus
- Meeting the firm’s billable hour requirement of 1850
- Participating in the firm’s robust DEI Committee and programs
- Contributing to the firm’s pro bono program
- Supporting business development goals through continuing legal education and conferences
