Job Details:

  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest AI technology and patent laws.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders in matters relating to AI/ML patents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field involving AI/ML.
  • Experience with AI models, neural networks, and deep learning.
  • Experience with AI/ML theory, including backpropagation, regularization, and optimization.
  • Proficient in preprocessing data, selecting features, training/tuning models, and deploying models to production environments.
  • Domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields is preferred.
  • Registered to practice with the USPTO.
  • Active member and in good standing of MN Bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate Bar.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Registered to practice with the USPTO.
  • Active membership in MN Bar or eligibility to waive into the appropriate Bar.
