- Global Legal team supporting TikTok's innovative initiatives and global video market

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employment disputes, including risk assessment, litigation defense strategies, and external legal counsel management
- Work with investigative teams to ensure thorough and privileged investigations
- Serve as a strong contributor on legal compliance matters
- Help build and manage internal processes and policies for growing litigation caseload
- Create, lead, or support training on global employment law issues

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
- Deep understanding of employment law with substantial experience in private practice and corporate legal department
- Experience handling employment litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions and through all stages of litigation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
- Excellent communication skills, including exceptional legal writing skills
