This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with at least two years of experience and a strong interest in gaining corporate, M&A, and general transactional experience. This role will allow you to work directly with clients, negotiate contracts, and provide guidance on a variety of legal matters.

As a Transactional Associate at Klinedinst, you can expect to:
- Participate in contract negotiation and work directly with business teams
- Analyze, review, and draft contracts
- Supervise and work with outside counsel, when appropriate
- Provide guidance and counsel on contract and M&A matters
- Work in a collaborative team environment
