Overview: The Florida Attorney General's Internship Program offers law students an opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of law and contribute meaningful work towards the completion of their degree. Internships are available in various divisions, including Consumer Protection and Civil Litigation, and are open to students enrolled in an accredited ABA law school. The program offers unpaid internships for academic credit and through participation in law school sponsored programs.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and litigate violations of state and federal consumer protection laws
- Partner with other state attorneys general and agencies in joint enforcement efforts
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Gain practical experience in a professional legal environment

Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited ABA law school
- Able to intern a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Provide documentation for academic credit or participation in a law school sponsored program

- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged
