As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to help private companies with a range of business advisory needs such as audit, tax compliance, and planning. You will be responsible for assisting the team in key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies.

As a Tax Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem-solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Knowledge of, and success in roles involving, the tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions.
- Interpreting and applying the relevant aspects of the following US Tax Code sections, and associated regulations, as it relates to partnership structures especially performing specialized tax consulting and consultations--704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, 743(b).
- Experience with consulting and modeling for a wide range of M&A and equity transactions.
- Familiarity with marketing and business development efforts.
- Ability to interpret, prepare, and process multiple information to calculate partnership allocations, reviewing and reconciling the outcome of this information as it relates to multiple Partnerships.
- Experience collaborating across disciplines to design and implement systems and process enhancements.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage engagements and prepare concise, accurate written communication.
- Leadership skills to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients.
- Familiarity with utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
