- Seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience in Corporate Law
- Opportunity to work in any of the firm's offices
- Focus on Emerging Growth practice with clients across the country
- Represent venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product, and life science companies
- Involved in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, outside general counsel and corporate counseling
- Direct client-facing and client-management opportunities early in career
- Close proximity to world-class outdoor activities in livable cities
- Ideal candidates will have top-tier law firm experience in corporate law, specifically with emerging growth companies and venture capital/private equity funds
- Strong interest in pursuing a similar practice in the Mountain West region
- Merit-based compensation with a salary range of $185,000 - $250,000 (if based in Colorado)

- Expectation of 1,800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion matters
