The Contracting Counsel Senior Manager is a senior-level role at Accenture, a leading global professional services company. The job is located in multiple locations and is full-time. The successful candidate will lead, structure, draft, and negotiate complex client transactions, manage and advise junior legal professionals, and act as a knowledgeable and relevant advisor on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions. The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate and be authorized and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing areas and a minimum of 4 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues. The role requires strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a large volume of transactions independently.
