F3 Law, a leading law firm providing legal support to public schools, is seeking a lateral Associate Attorney for Student Services and Special Education in our San Diego office. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with at least 2 years of practice experience to join our team and build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the individualized education program process
- Present workshops on relevant legal topics
- Review and revise policies and procedures
- Respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings
- Work outside of the adversarial context of traditional litigation

Qualifications:
- Member of the State Bar of California
- At least 2 years of practice experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Salary Information:
- Reasonably expected base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year
- Actual base salary will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience
