As an Associate Attorney, you will support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, research, and screening potential clients. We are looking for a qualified candidate with a Juris Doctorate degree and an active Iowa State Bar license. The ideal candidate will also have superior customer service skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Draft legal documents, including summons, complaints, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and brief writing
- Screen potential clients and assist with trial preparation
- Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Juris Doctorate degree and active Iowa State Bar license
- Superior customer service skills
- Innovative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
