Job Description:
As Tax Controversy Counsel, you will be responsible for handling tax court cases and providing legal representation for clients in civil and criminal tax controversies. You will also have the opportunity to work on whistleblower claims and voluntary offshore disclosures. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent analytical skills, and prior experience in tax court.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required
- Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in tax court cases
- Handle civil and criminal tax controversies
- Work on whistleblower claims and voluntary offshore disclosures
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis of tax laws and regulations

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This position operates in a clerical, office setting and requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
