Position Overview:
- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate contracts with customers
- Provide expertise and advice on proposal strategy, contract formation, and customer relationships
- Review and analyze customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and ensure company proposals are responsive to requirements
- Manage negotiations and maintain knowledge of federal government contracting regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Management, or related field; or Master's degree/JD and 4 years of experience
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and experience with various contract types
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC programs and software
