In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial markets business advisory services to clients in various industries. You will use your expertise in accounting, finance, and valuation to help clients solve complex financial reporting and business issues. As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers to deliver solutions that address our clients’ challenges and help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial markets business advisory services to clients in various industries.
• Utilize your knowledge of accounting, finance, and valuation to help clients solve complex financial reporting and business issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA license or other relevant certification required.
• 7+ years of experience in managerial roles involving financial issues, capital markets, and product life cycle.
• Knowledge of financial products and issues faced by both issuers and investors.
• Experience with valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products.
• Ability to research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and financial matters.
• Familiarity with industry software such as INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg, CapIQ, or advanced Excel modeling.
• Understanding of accounting treatments for financial products and securitizations held by financial institutions.
• Experience managing cross-border and diverse teams and engagements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and participate in community involvement.

Salary Information:

• Salary range: $150,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
• Up to 20% travel required.
• Full-time position with benefits.
