Position Summary:

- Seeking a junior-level attorney with 3-5 years of experience to work with nonprofit organizations
- Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, completing tax, corporate, and transactional legal work, and delivering final deliverables to clients
- Fast-paced team environment ideal for gaining experience in corporate or tax-exempt law
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice and support to nonprofit organizations
- Meet with potential clients over Zoom to discuss their needs and services offered by the organization
- Review and draft documents such as contracts and policies for nonprofit organizations
- Manage relationships with a high volume of clients simultaneously
- Identify and drive development of legal strategies for nonprofits and provide alternative solutions
- Organize workload to meet project deadlines
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with colleagues and team members
- Potential to draft pre-litigation and litigation documents

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of legal experience

- Base annual salary commensurate with experience (between $65,000 and $80,000)
- Monthly and annual bonuses totaling up to $20,000
