Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, ., also known as QPWB, is a national defense law firm with multiple offices across the country. We are currently seeking Louisiana licensed attorneys with 3-5 years of experience in various practice areas for our New Orleans office. Responsibilities:

• Draft legal reports and documents for various stages of litigation, including initial reports, pre-trial reports, and appellate activity
• Conduct investigations, attend court appearances, and take and defend depositions
• Respond to discovery requests and draft related motions
• Work on high-profile and complex cases in a team-oriented environment
• Continuously enhance legal knowledge through training and professional development programs

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana
• 3-5 years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: general liability, products liability, auto, employment, professional lines, construction defect, and general commercial litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills
