# Senior Family Law Associate/Of Counsel/Small Family Law Group – Silicon Valley or Tri-Valley Hoge Fenton, a multi-service law firm located in downtown San Jose, is looking for a mid- to senior-level Associate or an Of Counsel with a medium sized book of business to join their Family Law group. The ideal candidate should have experience representing clients before judicial officers and in mediations, drafting discovery, motions and associated legal documents, and participating in settlement negotiations. Of Counsel attorneys are compensated based on their expected production, while Associates are compensated according to their class year and pursuant to the associate bonus plan. Associates are expected to have 1,700 billable hours annually, plus professional development and business development hours. Associates are also eligible for the no-accrual vacation policy. These positions may be based either in our Tri-Valley (Pleasanton) or Silicon Valley (downtown San Jose) office. Once the health restrictions are lifted, travel to the other office will be necessary as these positions work with attorneys in both office locations.
