Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney in San Diego, CA with 2-5 Years of Experience

WSHB, a national civil litigation defense law firm, is seeking an associate attorney for their San Diego office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to join a well-respected firm with a diverse and inclusive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation
- Handle a wide range of matters for domestic and international insurance carriers and large private clients
- Conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses
- Assist with case evaluation and reporting
- Conduct discovery and depositions
- Prepare for trial and assist with trial presentation
- Use strategic thinking to meet client objectives
- Collaborate with lead attorneys across offices and practice areas
- Maintain excellent research and writing skills

Requirements:

- Licensed attorney in California
- 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation defense
- Experience taking depositions is a plus
- Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines preferred
