Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial case assessment and provide risk assessments
- Collaborate with teams to develop detailed claims
- Work with outside counsel, internal resources, and external experts to resolve disputes
- Coordinate resolution strategy with internal stakeholders
- Lead management of legal matters with internal and external resources

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a state bar association
- 10+ years of litigation experience with first chair trial experience
- Background in construction law, government contracts, investigations, environmental law, and labor law preferred
- Flexibility to travel as needed
