The firm is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced business litigation attorney to join our team at our Grand Rapids office. We are looking for an individual with at least 8-10 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and writing abilities, experience in first chairing cases, and trial experience. Business litigation experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Practice business litigation in the firm's Grand Rapids office
- Handle a variety of commercial cases
- Conduct legal research and write legal documents
- First chair cases and represent clients in trials
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Manage files and meet deadlines
- Supervise client contacts and lead commercial cases

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in business and commercial litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- First chair experience and trial experience
- Proven business development experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent client management skills
- . from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Michigan
