As a Real Estate Associate at Van Ness Feldman, you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential development, and be well-versed in drafting and negotiating complex documents related to property transactions and financing. Other qualifications include:

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Familiarity with due diligence processes and closing coordination
