The law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green is currently seeking a seasoned tax attorney to join their tax practice in their Boston and New Hampshire offices. This position involves providing tax advice for ongoing and new business entity structures and activities, as well as handling tax controversy matters. If you are an experienced tax attorney with a passion for solving complex problems and a strong understanding of individual, partnership, and corporate tax aspects, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a member of the tax practice at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries and clients, providing valuable tax advice and helping to structure mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and financing. In addition, you will be responsible for drafting related memoranda and documents, so strong written skills are a must. Knowledge of affordable housing tax credit issues, sales and use tax, and qualified plans would be beneficial, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have a . from an ABA accredited institution, as well as strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
