Job Summary:
- Seeking a talented and passionate lawyer to support the ad supported offering
- Responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, media terms, and other related contracting
- Must have in-depth experience working with advertising clients and a passion for practical dealmaking
- Highly collaborative role, working with various internal teams and partners
- Opportunity for a mid-level attorney to join the Advertising Legal & Policy team and continue to develop their skills and industry knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the growing ads team by drafting and negotiating contracts and media terms
- Partner with Ads Policy to navigate regulated industries and the evolving advertising landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Ad Sales, Ads Policy, AdTech, Product, Privacy, MarComms, and Business and Legal Affairs
- Conduct research and provide guidance on legal issues related to advertising
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer, including in support of advertising clients
- Entertainment experience is a plus
- Highly skilled in commercial contracting and negotiating
- Ability to work autonomously and reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to exercise sound judgment
- Strategic thinking and practical approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High degree of ethics and integrity
- Flexibility to work on various projects and with different teams

Compensation:
- Annual salary with no bonuses
- Ability to choose between salary and stock options for compensation
- Determined based on market indicators and individual qualifications
- Range for this role is $250,000 - $530,000
