H2: Draft and Negotiate Key Agreements for Salesforce's Internal Business Clients Salary Information: $176,800 - $243,100 annually Job Title: Corporate Counsel, Procurement Legal Experience Information: 4-6 years of law firm or in-house transactional experience, with a focus on negotiating inbound services agreements for professional services, consulting services, business process outsourcing, and contingent staffing. Responsibilities: - Partner with Salesforce's Global Strategic Sourcing group to draft and negotiate key agreements for internal business clients in AMER and LATAM. - Ensure consistency with privacy, employment, intellectual property, and compliance provisions. - Collaborate with other Salesforce Legal colleagues to ensure adherence to company standards. - Work with internal teams to ensure agreements align with corporate policies and processes. - Design and implement process improvements, including creating and updating legal templates and playbooks, and conducting training sessions. Required Skills/Experience: - Undergraduate degree and law degree. - State Bar membership. - 4-6 years of experience in negotiating inbound services agreements. - Experience supporting a procurement department as an internal client. - Familiarity with multiple contract templates. - Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to organize and prioritize competing matters. - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business stakeholders. - Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills. Beneficial Skills/Experience: - Experience in a fast-paced global technology company or similar industry. - Negotiation experience with employee benefits-related agreements. - Knowledge of intellectual property terms and work for hire agreements. - Familiarity with internal contract management systems and Slack. - Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese languages. - Flexibility and a desire to learn and grow. - Good sense of humor.
