1. Tax Manager, Tax Automation & Innovation role in Dallas, TX, United States
2. Salary range of $76,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and location
3. Responsible for marketing, networking, and business development
4. Assessing client tax departments and determining areas in need of automation
5. Running engagements from proposal to final client hand-off stage
6. Ongoing maintenance, consulting, and support for clients post-implementation
7. Collaborating with multiple offices within the firm to assist other business line engagement teams
8. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Technology preferred
9. Five or more years of experience with technology or tax systems required
10. CPA, Attorney, or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required
11. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, advanced skills preferred
12. Experience with various tax software/tools preferred
13. Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
