Duties:

• Handle corporate legal matters, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and loan transactional matters.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on corporate issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate matters.
• Admission to practice law in Minnesota, or eligibility to become admitted.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility to become admitted.
• Additional certifications or advanced degrees in corporate law or related fields are a plus.
