Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced Assoc General Counsel, Compliance & Ethics - BSC (Hybrid) to join Exelon in Baltimore, MD
- Responsible for leading and supervising the corporate investigations program for Exelon, including a team of attorney and non-attorney investigators
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and business teams to improve internal controls based on investigative findings
- Develop and provide training on investigative best practices and other compliance and ethics topics
- Analyze data and present information on investigative data and trends to company leadership
- Provide guidance on compliance and ethics matters to employees at all levels of the company
- Additional compliance and ethics related projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- LLB or JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including deep investigations experience and experience leading complex financial or data-intensive investigations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team and collaborate with leaders in other parts of the organization
- Superior judgment, analytical abilities, and oral and written communication skills
- Highly responsive and organized while managing a high volume of sensitive matters

Salary Information:
- Annual salary will vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $208,800-$313,200
- Annual bonus and incentive pay up to 30% plus an additional $50,000 annually for eligible positions
