A law firm seeks a Review And Analytics Associate Attorney for its Minneapolis, MN, office.

Job Overview:

The Review And Analytics Associate Attorney will manage complex document reviews and productions, supervise Review Attorneys, and collaborate with firm stakeholders to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle.

Duties:

  • Assist in data collection strategy, search creation, and the management of document reviews using online review tools, such as Relativity.
  • Supervise and provide feedback for internal and external Review Attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness of work product.
  • Identify key protocols and train Review Attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including co-counsel, technical and staffing vendors, and firm leadership.

Requirements:

  • . degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar, active and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, California, or DC.
  • 5 years of experience managing document review and supervising review attorneys.
  • Understanding of relevant case law and legal developments related to eDiscovery.
  • Experience leading and managing privilege reviews, including privilege logs.
  • Advanced eDiscovery skills, including 5 years of experience performing QC, redacting documents, logging privileged documents, and/or developing facts in complex litigation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise discretion.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Relativity and other electronic document review platforms.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to ramp up quickly in new environments and teams.
  • Ability to balance competing responsibilities and proactively manage deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team.
  • Strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
