Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and work product to a supervising attorney or client. - Meet with clients and counsel them on their legal needs. - Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials. - Draft all necessary legal documents in a timely and consistent manner. - Strategize conflicts, issues, or approach. - Conduct legal research and interview clients or witnesses. - Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. - Collaborate with colleagues with specialty in certain areas for optimal client outcomes.
