A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney for their Washington, . office. The Litigation Attorney must possess excellent legal writing skills and meaningful litigation experience. They should demonstrate the ability to take significant responsibility for cases, move them forward skillfully, and present orally with excellence. Supervisory experience directing junior attorneys and staff, along with meticulous attention to detail, are essential for success in this challenging and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in deposition taking and defense, deep familiarity with federal rules of procedure and evidence, substantial in-court experience, and proficiency in motions practice, including executing major filings independently. Strong oral presentation and client-facing skills are required, with preference given to candidates with state or federal court litigation experience (clerkship experience is a plus).
