This position also includes opening new files and making the initial client contact, verifying insurance coverage and liability issues, managing client’s medical care, scheduling and calendar medical appointments, and continuously monitoring case status. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Pre-Suit Attorney position at Farah & Farah must possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a heavy Personal Injury case load, an active membership with the Florida Bar Association in good standing, the ability to organize and manage time and multiple tasks, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to empathize with clients during their time of need, have the determination and drive to get the best results for our clients and to win cases, have solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and have a consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity.
