Job Overview:

The Corporate Associate Attorney will assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Duties:

  • Review, analyze, and draft complex legal documents related to corporate transactions
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, associates, and support staff
  • Work collaboratively with transaction teams and large working groups
  • Actively engage in client development activities
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards of conduct

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Currently admitted, or eligible for admission, in Nebraska
  • 2+ years of relevant transactional experience in M&A, securities, or general corporate matters
