Key Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our Corporate Practice Group. These may include:

- Conducting contract review and analysis
- Assisting with mergers and acquisitions
- Advising on corporate governance matters
- Reviewing loan documents
- Participating in capital raising activities
- Providing legal advice to privately-held businesses

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have at least 4-6 years of prior law firm experience. In addition, we are looking for candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Privately-held businesses
- Contract review and analysis
- Capital raising
- Loan document review
- Corporate governance

In addition, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:
