The Law Firm of Charlotte is searching for a talented and experienced Subrogation Associate to join our team. Our AV-rated civil litigation firm has a strong focus on property subrogation and we are looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense or subrogation litigation. However, we are open to considering well-qualified candidates with other experience as well.

As a Subrogation Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing recovery opportunities for large property losses, preparing pleadings and discovery for subrogation actions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial. We require candidates to have effective interpersonal communication skills and excellent academic credentials. You must also be admitted to practice law in good standing in North Carolina. If you are admitted in South Carolina, we will consider your application, but you must secure admission to North Carolina within a year of employment.
