Weitz & Luxenberg, ., a top-tier plaintiff law firm, is seeking a talented attorney to join our team in Los Angeles, California. With over 500 employees and attorneys, our firm has a proven track record of success in personal injury and product liability cases. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in asbestos and/or toxic torts related issues, including deposition practice.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of asbestos litigation, including conducting depositions and representing clients in court
- Work closely with the W&L asbestos litigation team and serve as a leader in the department
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- 3+ years of experience in asbestos and/or toxic torts related issues
- Strong academic background with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Passion for advocating for clients and seeking justice on their behalf
