This individual will be responsible for providing specialized tax advice to clients, evaluating alternate courses of action to lessen tax burden and compliance costs, and identifying potential tax risks and changes in tax policy and regulations. The Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Managing Director will also play a critical role in marketing, networking, and business development within their area of expertise and maintaining key client relationships.
