- Strong preference for candidates with 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Must have admission to Delaware Bar
- Opportunity to work with a team of over 600 attorneys nationwide who are experienced in handling significant exposure cases
- Focus on litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases

Responsibilities:

- Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Represent defendants in property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals
- Attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as needed
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates who are seasoned trial attorneys with broad experience

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree
