Patent Attorney Job Description:

As a patent attorney at our law firm, you will be responsible for preparing and prosecuting patents in the field of computer science and electrical engineering, with a focus on optics. You will work closely with clients to understand their inventions and draft high-quality patent applications. In addition, you will communicate with the . Responsibilities:

Prepare and prosecute patents in the field of computer science and electrical engineering, with a focus on optics

Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches

Draft high-quality patent applications

Communicate with the USPTO to secure the issuance of patents

Stay updated on changes in patent laws and regulations

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide excellent service to clients

Manage a full workload and meet deadlines

Assist with business development and marketing efforts
