The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $140,000 per year. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. - 5+ years of employment litigation experience
- Experience in employment and/or insurance defense preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Responsible for managing a caseload of employment litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend hearings, depositions, and other court appearances as necessary
