## Corporate Associate

Brownstein, a law and lobbying firm with a 50 year history of success in the industry, is looking for a Corporate Associate to join their Denver office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions, with additional experience with outside general counsel work as a plus.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Work on cross-category deals both big and small
- Provide guidance to clients on their most pressing business issues
- Cultivate a deeper understanding of clients’ organizations
- Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment

**Qualifications:**

- 3-5 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions
- Strong academic performance
- Superb communication skills
- Proven track record of success within a law firm
- Growth-minded

**Compensation:**
Brownstein offers competitive compensation for this role, depending on experience. Salary will range between $195,000 and $210,000. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for medical Insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions and paid time off.
