Law Firm is seeking a junior-to-mid-level (2nd to 4th year) associate to join its premier and globally recognized Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group, Healthcare Privacy and Compliance team. The associate will work with regional, national, and global clients focused on the Healthcare Industry.

## Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Privacy and cybersecurity experience or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity.
• An understanding of healthcare operations and knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
• AmLaw 200 firm experience or experience with a boutique firm that specializes in healthcare law or data privacy related issues. .
