## Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Privacy and cybersecurity experience or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity.
• An understanding of healthcare operations and knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
• AmLaw 200 firm experience or experience with a boutique firm that specializes in healthcare law or data privacy related issues. .

## Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be skilled and experienced with the following:

• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• Outstanding writing and oral communication skills,
