- Advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of abused, abandoned, and neglected children
- Primary responsibility for multiple cases
- Ensure legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children
- Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather evidence and prepare for trial
- Utilize best practice litigation techniques to lead the nation in dependency advocacy

Qualifications:

- Law degree required
- Training provided through multi-week onboarding program, quarterly intensive training, and annual advanced litigation academy
- Fulfill all CLE requirements through webinars and live trainings
