The Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice at PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team. This role will involve providing tax-related advice and services to clients in regards to partnership structures and related transactions, such as M&A, IPOs, and spinoffs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the US Tax Code and regulations, as well as experience in consulting and modeling for pre- and post-IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions. They will also have experience managing tax returns for partnerships, as well as collaborating with other disciplines to implement process enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized tax consulting and compliance services for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other private partnerships.
- Interpret and apply relevant sections of the US Tax Code related to partnership structures, such as 704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, and 743(b).
- Consult and model for pre- and post-IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions.
- Participate in marketing and business development efforts.
- Manage the process for and review federal and state tax returns.
- Lead teams and collaborate with other disciplines to design and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and promote PwC services.
- Utilize automation and digitization tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead by example in a professional services environment, utilizing technology and data to provide insights to clients and improve pricing strategies.
- Mentor and coach staff to promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other business-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tax-related roles, with a focus on partnership structures and related transactions.
- CPA or member of the Bar certification.
- Strong knowledge of the US Tax Code and regulations, as well as experience with partnership structures and related transactions.
- Experience with consulting and modeling for pre- and post-IPOs, M&A, and equity transactions.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and promote PwC services.
- Experience with automation and digitization tools preferred.
