### Responsibilities

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will encompass:

- Ensuring strict adherence to established processes and procedures
- Conducting regular file reviews with paralegals, offering guidance and direction
- Strategizing optimal case resolutions and executing them effectively
- Determining value ranges for claims
- Engaging in client communication and meetings
- Negotiating pre-litigation settlements
- Handling pre-litigation recorded statements and EUOs (Examinations Under Oath)
- Daily oversight of the paralegal team

### Qualifications

We seek committed individuals interested in a long-term career in pre-litigation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of , with familiarity with Michigan 1st and 3rd party auto law preferred. We welcome applicants with expertise in team management or extensive client engagement across other legal domains.

### Benefits

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Executive Attorney overseeing all pre-litigation files. Our well-documented processes, coupled with a robust training library, ensure comprehensive support. We request full-time in-office presence for the initial 90 days, with potential for a hybrid schedule thereafter. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
