Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder, a leading law firm in the field of General Liability and Professional Liability, is currently hiring for an attorney to join our team. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals with at least 1-3 years of litigation experience in Federal, State, and/or local courts. However, candidates with more extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of pending litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Proficiency in preparing and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and communicating with expert witnesses.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy abilities.
- Motivated to develop deep analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex legal issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- The ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
