Florida Attorney General's Internship Program - Gain Practical Legal Experience in Civil Litigation Division

Application Deadlines: Fall: June 30

- Civil Litigation Division represents the State, its agencies, officers, employees, and agents in both state and federal courts
- Attorney General has common law duties and responsibilities to protect the public’s interest
- Division handles civil actions such as administrative, bankruptcy, corrections, eminent domain, employment, and more
- Interns will have the opportunity to work on class action lawsuits and other civil actions
- Gain practical experience in a legal field and contribute to the completion of your degree

Organization: The Attorney General serves as the attorney for the State of Florida and as a member of the Florida Cabinet

- Interns will have the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced attorneys
- Gain insight into the role and function of the Attorney General

Position: Law Student Internship Program

- Open to students enrolled in an accredited ABA law school
- Unpaid internships available for academic credit or through participation in law school sponsored programs
